Is a quilt thicker than a blanket?
As I wrap myself in my grandmother’s quilt, I can’t help but wonder: Is it thicker than a regular blanket? But then again, does it even matter? This quilt is more than just a piece of fabric – it’s a piece of my family’s history, stitched together with love and memories. It may not be the thickest, but its warmth and comfort are unmatched. To me, there’s no comparison – a quilt will always be thicker than a blanket, in every sense of the word.
